Figures out today show a trade deficit in Cyprus of over 4 Billion Euros. The Exports topped over 900 Million Euros when compared with like for like periods last year during thefirst tenm months of 2010. Imports also rose 8 % Over 5 Billion in revenue Exports alo saw a rise of over 0.3 % after taking into account seasonal variances. With the ongoing positive talks between South and North Cyprus the end result could be a welcome boost to the Cyprus Property Market. The United Nations secretary Ban ki-moon said “Only the Cyprus leaders can give the current talks the boost required”. On the Cyprus property News front the European Union may impose sanctions on Cyprus due to recent Cypriot law changes and the resulting Unfair Consulting Practices directive 29.2005.EU not being adhered to.
